The customer service was prompt and friendly. I am a repeat customer and will always use the Collision Center for any repairs I might need. Pedro Juarez was frequently keeping me updated on the repairs and was determined my car repairs were completed timely. I associate Pedro Juarez as the face of Collision Center. I must also mention another employee who was very kind and professional. Beverly Nicholson. She added positively to the experience and a personal touch she provided was detailed directions to I20 in Kilgore. Due to the heavy rains and not being familiar to the area (I live in Shreveport Louisiana) the small roads were flooded and I needed the safest route home. I know this is a detailed evaluation but Collision Repair and Pedro and Beverly deserve these accolades. Sincerely Randy Collins.
