I got my car back today and it looks perfect. Able was my case representative and he was so helpful. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was very thorough when he gave me updates on my car. I'm telling you, my car doesn't even look like it was damaged in the first place. I knew my car was going to be taken care of the minute.I talked to the receptionist on day one. My car looks fantastic! I kept in touch mostly with Able and he was extremely helpful. He kept me informed every step of the way and really made me feel comfortable about my decision to use classic collision as my repair shop! I hope I don't have to have any repairs anytime soon but if I do I will definitely be using classic collision.

As a Tesla owner I wanted to make sure my car went to a certified repair shop. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. They opened a texting link and kept me up to date through the entire process. The car looked good as new upon pick up, as well as washed and vacuumed… AND they got it done a week early?! Tesla or not, I will bring ANY other vehicle needing collision repair here. 5 stars. Highly recommend!
