Claim is Still not resolved with insurance company. I’ve submitted a response to incomplete claim. If I’d had some notification I could’ve handled this while vehicle was still in repairs at shop.

My vehicle was left unfinished and returned to me without anyone contacting myself or my husband prior to leaving it this way. No one ever called or questioned me about the cause of damage to my passenger side view mirror . A trash can sized orange saftey cone was struck while trying to avoid the collision which caused all the other damages including the scratches on my passenger door which were repaired with this claim. Repair scratches caused by cone yet refused to repair the mirror? Subpar customer service or subpar repairs? Choose one..either will be adequate. I do understand the adjuster had control of items repaired but I wasn’t given the opportunity to get this issue resolved while vehicle was in shop and this was much easier to accomplish. I now have a entirely separate issue to resolve then have repaired.
