This was my first interaction with having to ever use insurance for a claim, and classic collision made the whole repair process so smooth. They communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Jeff explained the whole works of how the process would go and would update me with any new changes, if made. They finished before the original end date and my car is good as new. If I ever have another incident, hopefully not, but I know who I will be using.

Joel was great. We loved the text message updates on the repairs. I was definitely stunned that the car was beautifully detailed inside and out. I would like for someone to contact me about the white speckles on my hood. I need to know how to get them taken care of.
