I checked under the hood and found that the windshield wiper fluid container was not attached to the container.Also the engine was dirty, they could have used an air hose to blow the dirt off the engine.(just little things)

Thought the communication was great. The issue I had was that my agent consultant at Classic Collision (Joe). Installed my side view mirror repair multiple times incorrectly. Which led to me having to drive multiple times back and forth to the Collision shop. Lack of accountability and respect for my time really upset me. They even called me in after to pick up the car and when I arrive they tell me they installed or painted the part incorrectly. So why call me in? Well like I said lack of supervising the car, inspecting the car, and accountability. Even laughed at me when I came for no reason because they had the wrong color. It was a baffling experience for a simple side view mirror repair which already comes with the standard black color. So why they painted it beats me? Lack of even looking at what your doing. Horrible experience for a minor repair. Won't go back 👎. Thanks alot Joe
