Jeff and Jason are top notch. Never had to have such a thing done before-they both put me at ease and reassured me that Penelope (my MINI) would look as beautiful as the day I bought her. They were so personable so customer service and 100% pure dedication. I couldn’t have picked a better place besides Classic Collision of Oakland they made a process that was a big ordeal to me so minimal. The updates that I got via text messages on how the status of fixing Penelope was going was reassuring in more ways than one. A+++ beginning to end.

CC staff were polite and professional. CC General Manager Jeff Nelson wrote up the estimate and in two days the part was in. I took my truck in at the time specified and within a few hours my truck was repaired. Although the job total was less than $200, they treated my repair as if was urgent. I am very grateful for that

body damage and step rail repair was excellent. Jason was very pleasant to work with. However, when I picked up the truck, the service stable trak warning light was now on so I had to take the truck to a dealer to get the "calibrate steering angle sensor" done correctly. The dealer performed this tasked without any replacement parts needed and I have now put about 500 miles on the truck and the system is fixed
