Classic did a great job. The car looks good overall. I was disappointed to find two strips of preexisting moulding on the back seat.

I would most likely choose another out of the three options that State Farm told me about in the initial conversation.

The driver door and its' rear view mirror weren't handled, so the gouge that was pointed out at drop-off when the gentleman requested that I point out all of tbe damage to him is still on the mirror. The dents above the driver door and on the roof appear to have been taken care of. It appears that the gorges on other parts of the car were remedied. I haven't had my son and nephew review the work yet.

The women in the office were cordial and professional. The gentleman i encountered at drop-off was short with patience and his demeanor bordered on being bothered and inconvenienced. I was unprepared to point out all of the damage to him because I had assumed in error that all damages would be assessed there. It appeared to anger him that the car was very dirty, and I regret not having foresight to document all dents, dings, and gorges and wash the car before drop-off.
