It is not a good experience to have a repair shop return vehicle near to the condition it was before

The paint job was well done. More importantly the driver door was affected by the accident and I could only open it 1/8th of the way. when I took it for repair, the shop straightened the front panel infront of the door so that I could open the door and use the truck while I waited for them to be able to service the truck. The door does not close like it use to and when I took it back so they could look at it they said it must be the rubber seals. I don’t believe it’s the rubber seals. It’s been a couple weeks and the door requires to be pushed hard or pulled hard from inside in order to close all the way. The panel that was replaced also has a fault. The end that meets the plastic trim does not look the same as the opposite passenger side because the lines aren’t perfectly aligned. I asked if I would receive the truck looking 100% restored as if I hadn’t been hit and I was told yes.

Trina is a pleasure to work with but when I took the truck back the technician she called out to look at the truck didn’t inspect the truck. He closed the door a couple times and he saw it didn’t close and compared it to the others but then he suggested it would get better and he didn’t offer a resolution if it didn’t work out for the better
