Working with Cameron over there was a pleasant experience. He listened to my needs, and was able to get my job done rather quickly. It was a small job, some panting of parts for a car that i was working on at home. He got my stuff in and out with all the other work they had going on in a very timely fashion.

I thought the customer service the team at the Palmer location was exceptional. They informed me via text and phone call every step of the process and were even able to get my car back to me a day earlier than their promise return date. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm welcome and when my car was done I left a very happy and satisfied customer. Trina at the front desk always greets you with a smile when you walk in the door and always made sure my needs were met. Every person I had an encounter with treated me very well and if I ever need body work again I will be coming back as well as recommending Palmer classic collision to anyone I know that needs body work.
