They kept me up to date pretty frequently, I was happy when I got my car back.... and then was really frustrated when I had to give it back because it was leaking trani fluid and am out of a car again with no update yet on how long its gonna take to get it back but got charged extra to my insurance for it and I still didn't get and update.

They worked really well with me but I didn't really want to receive calls every day or so stating my car was on its way into the shop and 2 days later getting a call saying it was in the shop that was kinda frustrating.

They were honest and upfront about delays due to COVID. They’ll I was given the choice to get after market parts or parts from dealership to save money and time since after market parts were available much sooner. I have a new car so name brand parts were very important to me. My car is imported so parts were sent from Germany. That took the longest. But, when they arrived they told me that same day and gave me estimated time for them to complete the job and it was done within that time. Very professional, they have courteous staff, and honest business practices. I was very impressed and would recommend them to my friends and family. They also did a quick detail of the inside which was quite dirty after accident in dirty snow. Hopefully I won’t need to return but if I have another reason to have auto body work done I will be returning to Classic Collision. Thank you!!
