Erica was fantastic! Worked around our schedule and even had to wrestle an poorly run insurance company for final payment so we could take possession of the vehicle. But it got done and we're happy!

Overall it looks good but, was told multiple people missed a spot that’s on my bumper that’s still messed up. Everyone was super kind with me being out of state and keeping me updated on progress.

My car came back with more damage than it had when it was dropped off. But your answer was that your shop "didn't touch my car". I should have known it was a shady shop when I arrived to pick up My car and I witnessed them having to charge my battery and air up a flat tire.
