From the moment my husband stopped by to get the quote, the front office, was friendly and very efficient. Our quote was a great price for the work they needed to do. . The turn around time was very quick. The paint quality of the job is excellent. The gentlemen who painted the vehicle explained to us how the vehicles come from the manufacturer and the difference in the way they paint and clear quote yo endure the quality. I’m so excited! The vehicle looks great and I’m amazed at the quality of the work. We will definitely return should we need a vehicle painted and we will tell our friends. I took my car into the classic collision in Panama City beach and they weren’t able to accept my car due to techs being out, so the Panama City location graciously accepted my car that day and fixed it all up within 2 weeks. Erica is so personable and amazing to work with. The gentleman who took my car back to put the extra piece on, washed my car and cleaned my windshield after I drove back from Atlanta with bugs everywhere, just did it because! I would highly recommend bringing your car to the 15th St location for any repairs! I was always updated on my cars progress and would get text updates, which were extremely helpful. Amazing team and great people to work with!!

Great service, love the updates through SMS. Professional and courteous customer service. My car looks beautiful. The only reason is not a 10 is because they had forgotten to put the clear guard back on, the inside of the wheel well and to properly clean off some gunk from the windshield. I had to go back a couple of days later where they quickly fully completed the work. I would recommend that place.

I was dreading this experience but it turned out very pleasant and easy! The customer service was great everyone was kind and they always kept me updated throughout the whole process.They were also very helpfull with picking up and dropping off the rental vehicle. The vehicle accident was unfortunate but i was very glad to pick classic collision with their honest and great quality work, kind people, and easy process. I will highly recommend them going forward.
