It was unique damage at the rear,on both sides or the frame.You guy pulled the whole frame back straight.What can I say? It’s nice work.

Ya’ll were cool,and got to the point. You were willing to attemp the repair and one of your competitors wasn’t.It’s a tacoma 4x4 in otherwise nice shape,and they considered it a total loss!

Sylvya and David at the Phelan location has been most helpful, professional and personable during the whole process of getting my truck fixed. Quality of repair appears to be great and professionally done. The main line remote agent was however most agitating to work with. Luckily I found the direct number to the location, otherwise I might have gone to another shop.

Like I said previously, once I found the local contact, it was like a breeze. The remote service agent on the 800 number is difficult to work with, demanding information from my insurance agent that is out of the norm.
