This place is the most awesome place I have ever been in in my whole life and I’m almost 64 years old. They treat you like family they except you and they understand everything that you’re going through and they make you feel comfortable and like you are amazing. I mean it’s like I went there and I needed a rental car they had one right there for me I didn’t have to go to enterprise or anywhere else they had it right there for me and then when I picked up my car it was amazing it look like I had just bought it off the lot. They even vacuumed out my car and another thing is my rental I just had to drop it off there I didn’t have to drive like 15 miles from where I live to the car rental place they did amazing job and I’m gonna take pictures and I’ll be posting it on Facebook but if you ever need any repairs I highly recommend these people. Thank you guys so much for all you did for me I will always appreciate. Total tens up all the way on this experience

This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had to get my car repaired they treated me like family it was amazing I mean they did everything for me I didn’t have to go out and look for a rental car it was right there for me everything they did I mean it’s more than a 10 it’s 100% I would recommend this to anyone and everyone that I come in contact with. This is the most amazing place to have your car repaired. I had a little fender bender and my insurance gave me a rental car I live in Piñon Hills and would have to drive all the way over into Esperia for a rental car but this place made arrangements not just for me but for others that when you leave your car you have a rental car right there waiting for you you don’t have to bother anybody else to come and get you pick you up and then when I dropped it off to pick up my car I just left the rental car there they were very kind very friendly made you feel like you were like a part of that family everyone there was very helpful and very respected and grateful I am so grateful for you guys thank you so much words can’t even express how much this place does for anyone

I come from customer service. Being informative and keeping up with one’s word is important. The situation of not having your own car for almost a month is stressful enough. If the General Manager adds to that frustration it becomes a more tense and stressful experience.
