James and Carissa kept me up to date on status of car often. James was very understanding about my hopes for the repairs to my car. The technician Jacob did a phenomenal job on the direct body work. Ryan and Alex did a better job than I thought could be done with my car! I wasn't in a car wreck, but since my car is old, I had done all the damage and they erased every bit of it so my car looks brand new very pleased with the work.
