The front desk staff were incredibly helpful over the phone and in person. The text updates and online tracker made me feel in the loop without needing to reach out. I know it was a parts issue but waiting 3 1/2 weeks to get my car repaired was too long. Problem after problem after problem with parts. Manager wouldn’t work with me on a discount for a rental or anything because it wasn’t your problem it was a parts issue. Overalll won’t being a wrecked vehicle here again. Would go elsewhere.
