David was incredibly nice. Took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car when doing the original inspection. Then went above and beyond to paint the hood to make the new bumper cover blend in better. I overheard a conversation in the office with a mom and her baby. I could tell they were working hard to figure out the issue and even though they tried like 3 different fixes that didn’t work it was clear they weren’t going to give up. Not only that but they were caring enough to give her back the car (still safely drivable) and ask the mom when the best days were for her so she wasn’t without a car when she needed it. They then offered to pick up the car from her place so that way she didn’t have to worry about interrupting the baby’s schedule. Overall very nice shop and workers who very clearly are compassionate people.
