Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. I was delighted when I first saw my car. The workmanship and color match was spot on. But that’s not all, when I got in my car to drive away, I found it was completely detailed. I felt like I had a brand new car again! You definitely went above and beyond. On 11/25/25 I was sent an email stating that my vehicle was completed. I had not received a phone call by 2:00 pm so I called to which the representative stated my car was completed and ready for pickup. I told her I would be by on 11/26/25 around 08:00 am to pick up my car. Around 08:45 we arrived to find out your facility did not accept cash. No email that I received prior to my arrival advised me to bring an alternative type of payment. Once we discover this, we also find out that my vehicle isn’t completed. It’s not even on site. It was at another shop having an alignment completed and would not arrive to Classic Collision for at least another hour. Mind you, my significant other and myself both have traveled an hour from our home to come pick up my car. That’s an hour out of our work days. MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. Communication goes a long way and could have prevented the frustration that we experienced.

Classic Collision did beautiful work on the vehicle. I had hoped the work could have been done within the 30 days Allstate allowed for the rental. A couple delays were due to no fault of Classic.
