The whole process for getting my car repaired with the shop was excellent. From the the drop-off to the pick-up process with the woman in the front office who were welcoming and so friendly. Down to the repair process and updates received as my car went through the repair. Mike, I really do appreciate your help and advice on the other information about maintaining my car. You are/were definitely alot of help, easy to talk to, and actually seemed like you genuinely cared about helping get the job done right. I'll definitely be coming back for any minor repairs I might need in the future.

My experience was "AMAZING ". The first day that I walked in the office to set up my appointment, I met Joy Ferris, the Office manager. She was so kind and helpful. When I finally did take my SUV in , Joy was still very friendly and kind. I met her manager, but I don't remember his name. He was very attentive about my concerns. He was also very nice. I communicated wirh with Michael Bevan on the phone and in person when I picked my SUV up. He took the time to explain everything that they did. He really seemed to take pride in his work. When I got there pollen was all over the vehicle, but Mike took the time to rinse my vehicle and wiped the hood so that I could see that everything was taken care of just like he said. ALL OF U THAT I CAME IN CONTACT WITH ARE TOP 10!!!! I hope that I don't have anymore issues with my vehicle in the future, but if I do, YOU WILL BE NUMBER 1 ON MY LIST to take my vehicle to. Special Thanks to all of u and have the most amazing weekend 🙂

The experience started with scheduling the repair with Mike. He was light hearted and reassuring. The female office agent at CC facilitating the intake was also very pleasant. I am sorry for forgetting her name. She was also very helpful. I coordinated the rental car agency pick up with the CC drop off time. When she noticed that my wait time for pick up had exceeded 30 minutes, she facilitated a speedy solution. Another office worker assisted me in syncing my phone to the car. The repair was flawless AND….. my car was detailed and shining when I arrived to pick her up!! Mike was there with his humor to bring the experience full circle. I highly recommend this company.
