There was damages and concerns left on my vehicle that weren’t there originally and the repair wasn’t done like it was supposed to because the front bumper doesn’t sit in alignment how it should.

There is plenty of room for improvement. Unfortunately, the supply crisis made the shop have multiple delays and excuses and the parts they did have weren't installed until i spoke to the manager. Once i spoke to the manager, service went back to five stars. I had my car in a week. Point being, everybody should be on the same page, customers should only have to speak with the manager to praise the excellent service provided by his team. Will i come back? Probably, its a small community with very few options.
