The work done on replacing the 2 plates ( Grand Caravan and Fuel Flex) were excellent. I have now developed a new problem with the gate which clanks real loud when you open.

I have yet to see what the quality of the repair is . I am very unsatisfied with the over all time span it has taken to repair my vehicle and misinformation provided to me by the staff . It has been 3 weeks and everyday for a week now I have been told that my vehicle will be done the following day . As of today i was told my vehicle will now be done in another week .
