What was supposed to be a smooth process for me turned out to be a very stressful and frustrating process. As I mentioned before the shop tried to give me my vehicle back with all these unnoticed flaws and if I never pointed them out, that’s what they would’ve given me. Customer service was great but the techs in the back need to be more careful on their presentation and be very vigilant on how they check to see if a customers car is ready or not.

Paint job had a lot of “orange peel” texture and a few discrepancies that needed to be buffed out. I also asked for my license plate light to be replaced and that did not happen. Tech just stuck the old light back in.

It’s never a good time when you’re getting your vehicle fixed because of someone else’s mistakes. Kandace and her awesome team made this particular transaction as smooth as they possibly could have! They did such a great job on my vehicle and they were even able to fix a couple of problems that were left behind by the last paint and body shop that I used. I just want to say thank you for bringing this paint job back to what it was before this accident!

The repairs are done great just the only thing that lack was the timing, but that wasn’t classic collision’s fault. It was the manufacturer of our doors that were back on backorder, but that everything was great with the repair.
