They really went above and beyond to keep me updated and make me feel comfortable about leaving my car in their hands. Cindy is top notch and Coy was very helpful and informative in this whole process. Willing to work with me no matter what insurance decided to do. I was charged almost $75 for using my credit card and wasn't told that charge would apply. If I would have known I would have only used my debit card or cash. To me that's unacceptable to not tell someone that.
