Never received any progress texts once setvice started. Then we received phone call hours later that work was complete. It would just been nice to know when work started so we could plan our day better. Otherwise, great service and pleased with repair.

They were friendly, and thorough. Were able to call for my rental, and actually got done ahead of schedule. My only downside, which was honestly not a problem, just an inconvenience, I had a Android unit installed with magnets, but the magnets were gone when I picked it up. I had extra at home and already replaced them, just odd that those were removed.
