Everyone was quite helpful and made sure to keep me updated with what was going on with the repair process,as well as making sure to ensure I had the rental car for the duration of the repair and they handled all the legwork for that as well. Again, much appreciated as it would have had my anxiety level off the chart had I had to handle all that myself

The lettering on the side of the door was wrong. You couldn't open the door without the inside ripping off. It constantly got hung up when you open the door. No I'm very dissatisfied. I did not pick it up. Cuz it is not correct. Now I don't have my suburban all weekend again.

CC did a great job and they have fantastic customer service. They went above and beyond when it came to handling my rental car when one wasn't available. They also washed the car afterwards, which was nice and expected.
