If it were a scale of 1 to 1,000, it would be a 1,000. I have ZERO complaints. Every person that I spoke to was amazing. They were very kind and understanding. They never made me feel bad for asking questions - and I ask A LOT of questions. Also, when I went to pick up my car, I asked if I could leave it there to go return the rental car. They agreed of course, but then asked if I had a ride back. I told them no and that I planned to walk across the street from the rental car store and down to the Toyota dealership and ask them for a ride. The shop staff immediately shut that down respectfully stating that was not necessary and they would have someone from their team pick me up and bring me back. I told them that I really didn't mind and that I was already appreciative of all they had done, but they insisted on helping me. The employee who picked me up from the rental car store was just as kind, helpful, and amazing as everyone else I met there.
