I was told my vehicles was being cleaned over the weekend and I could pick it up Monday. I was under the impression, after a $21,000 job and a $500 deductible paid, that I would have a professional detail job done on the vehicle b/c the entire interior was filled with dust. That left me very disappointed that I now have to go and pay for professional detail b/c there is still a large amount of dust in the vehicle. The carpet interior needs a shampoo job. The back area is full of dust. You can tap the clothe and dust falls off the back of the seat. Seats still need to be wiped down. I was referred by Lexus so I assumed reputable. The end result is disappointing especially b/c my wife suffers with allergies and the dust isn't helping in that regard.

Everything and everyone was great. I did request that the leaves be removed from the front bumper, but I guess they were unable to do that. Other than that everything is good.

Would have liked the car delivered sooner you had the car for 4 weeks with some of the money so I thought you could have gotten the parts sooner .I guess that is how it works I did not understand that but the finished product was great it felt like a new car. Thanks virginia Eckholdt

Amanda and the whole crew were super sweet, professional and very knowledgeable. We brought our brand new Lexus in for bodywork and it looks fantastic. The bumper was not straight and the cap was loose. Neither of which were the case when I dropped off my truck. I am very meticulous with my stuff and I notice everything. It’s a shame that a body shop operates like this and says “there is nothing we can do”. Your a body shop- you should have fixed it.
