Communication was off with Liam, I felt like some of my concerns weren't address when asked about other things I wanted an estimate for. When I finally did receive a quote to buff scratches and headlight restoration Liam gave me a quite for over $3000 for a 'BUFF JOB and HEADLIGHT RESTORATION.'

I am Absolutely not satisfied! I am appalled that my carpet was not changed as stated in the invoice. The carpet I received has holes on the drivers side and also it is dirty. There is also water residue on the floor which indicates to me that the carpet was shampooed and not changed as paid for. Driver side and passenger side doors do not open properly as they did before when I dropped my car off. I am completely dissatisfied with the way I was accommodated. I will be there first thing in the morning because this is unacceptable.
