The lady at the front desk was very rude in her. I felt as if i was bothering her and that she just wanted to be left alone to watch her tv shows. I think she needs more customer service training, but thank goodness for Vinny! His tone and the way he helped me was well needed!

The repair was great but the customer service was not! The lady who works the front desk was very unprofessional in her demeanor and her tone when talking to me! She made me feel as if I was bothering her and interrupting her TV show. I am thankful for Vinny who was a breathe of fresh air, but I really think that lady needs more professional development on how to talk to people, and how to be polite!

My Car looks amazing, you can't tell it was in an accident at all. I'm very impressed with the work and would definitely bring my car back if anything were to happen again. It was very clean inside, like brand new. I give the service a 10!
