The longest wait was for the replacement roof. It took forever but once received, I dropped the Wagoneer off and in less than two weeks it was ready. It looks good no great!!

One of the headlights were replaced , and not both causing a mix match lights , I think it should have been recommended to replace the other one as well so they would match , making the appearance of the vehicle more of a complete job , it was suggested to me that I could pay out of pocket for the other headlight. I just felt this cost could have been discussed with insurance adjuster to include the other headlight so that they would match , just wasn't happy with the cost of other headlight falling on me , when I'm sure it could have been negotiated with insurance adjuster.
