The left headlight on the Beetle was not working. My husband decided to fix it himself since we live 50 miles from Alpena. The headlight assembly was not put back into the car correctly. Your business had excellent communication while the repairs were being done and the car was clean and everything worked well other than the headlight.

We picked the car up and the left headlight didnât work. My husband had to repair that. It was not put back together correctly. The air conditioning, which was supposedly repaired, worked for approximately three days and it is no longer working. Our daughter has to bring the car home from Holland, MI, a 3.5 hour drive, so that the car can be returned to the dealership. We will be down to one car now because it was not properly fixed the first time and our daughter needs to go back to college. They did apologize for this inconvenience and they are working to get the car repaired right away.
