Even though it took such a long time to get repaired, and you had no loaners available which put us in a real bind for our appointments; the repairs themselves were great.

We brought our van in on May 22, 2018 and were told our repairs would be done the following week, with email updates along the way. We called on May 31, 2018 and it almost seemed as though no one knew anything. Then we were told it would be done the week following that, in addition we received no updates. When we finally called our insurance Rep and he called your shop our van was finished in 2 days.
