good service. We used the courtesy car instead of using our insurance rental car service. The courtesy car was ok showed it's age. We washed it as soon as we got home.

I had to keep calling to see when I should bring the car in. Finally when I did get I after 11 days, no loaner. We carry loaner car on our auto insurance. Had to ask over and over. It seemed all rentals were being used, even by people without rental on their auto insurance. Plus I got estimate and insurance approval for your shop. But I wasn't called to when to bring in. Just disappointed I had to keep calling and calling. Even auto insurance company asked me when will car be done. "I have no idea, it's be well over a week and nobody has called me as when to bring it in
