All in all a good job. Inside rear of the SUV had sanding dust and a few hand prints. Looks like they may have used a used taillight as a replacement because of some scratches on it.

I was given a courtesy car to use that was clean and well running. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My vehicle was returned to me repaired and cleaner than when I brought it in. They finished the repairs earlier than expected and saw I needed an oil change and dis that too. I am so happy to have wonderful dealership in Alpena!
