This is my second experience with the Clift Collision department. Their work is excellent. The employees are very efficient and pleasant to deal with. If I owned a business I would definitely want employees like them working for me. Totally satisfied!

I have had 2 experiences with the Collision Department regarding repairs to my truck. In both cases the quality of their work is of the highest level. In addition the staff are courteous, friendly and professional. If I had a collision business I would want to hire employees like those at Clift

Deer hit my car on a Tuesday. Tear down & estimate by Friday afternoon. Vehicle repaired and back on the road the following week. Did an amazing job! A couple of hiccups but all is well!! Tim kept me informed through the entire process. Definitely recommend Clift Body Shop!

Took over a month to fix, had to return truck three times before issues resolved that they missed. Charged me for parts my insurance would of covered in the accident. Manager still can’t explain why I was charged. Called my girlfriend a liar when she simply tried to drop the truck off for me. I was also hung up on once by the receptionist. All around Nightmare experience.

Jamie is an awesome service advisor. He is upfront and honest about what is being worked on with the vehicle and how long it will take. He answers every question that you have and if he doesn't know the answer, he will find out and get back to you. I can't recommend Jamie enough.
