We picked up our truck which we were told was ready and still had issues. Paint issues, axle issues, etc. We waited a long time snd thought we were getting our truck back in fixed condition not to have to deal with this. To prevent this from happening this truck should have been driven when the estimate was taking place to catch this stuff. And when we asked we were told you dont drive vehicles to see what's wrong when doing estimates. So now it is discovered at the end and have to wait longer, and needing a vehicle towed, and the headache of switching around vehicles. Not to mention the quality of the paint job was not up to par and had to be revisited. This is supposed to be a reputable body shop. This stuff should not happen. We paid a lot of money for this to be done right the first time. I will not be sending any more vehicles to clines or be recommending to anyone. This has been nothing but a headache.

The quality of work at Cline's is outstanding topped with the customer service of the entire staff which is always professional and knowledgeable. I was also please with the detail cleanup, felt like I was getting into a brand new vehicle when I picked it up. Thank you for taking good care of me and my vehicle.
