Gave at least five dates for delivery of vehicle. Missed all but one. No follow up to advise. I only learned of delays when I called.

Body work was great. Time to finish job was not great. No communication with me regarding updates. When car was finally done, noticed TPMS light flashing for a minute and then staying solid. This wasn't happening before I dropped the car off. Also had to clean up greasy handprints on interior left by crew. I brought car back day after it was delivered to inform that TPMS light was on. Said they would order a sensor and would let me know when it came in. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard one word since. All in all, wouldn't come back to Coal Creek Collision.

The damage to my bumper and valance was repaired and painted to oem standards. I'm very happy with the results, the staff attitude and on time completion. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle back in the future. Thank you!

I had to go to the shop several times close to closing (4:30pm) did to work. The people at the shop made it clear that they were ready to leave and at one point they left me there with the rental car company.
