Overall I was happy with my repairs except for a couple imperfections I saw that were cosmetic and the new headlight was looking as if moisture was getting into it after it’s been raining

I was told that the car was hand wash but when I looked at it at home noticed that there were areas that still had signs of grease or sticky type substance on the car and I had to remove these areas myself. I would recomend checking car before turning over to customer.

Repair was great no issues there 10/10 the only thing was that I was following the tracker to when my car will be done and so I had arrangements made so my car can get picked up and paid for. I had my fiancé go up the pick up my car just for them to tell her that I called and stated I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up on that day and that I’ll come and pick it up the following day. I did not call them at all and told them that because I made arrangements already for someone to pick it up. So I had to wait another day from what I was originally quoted. So the. I had to make arrangements with the rental car and my fiancé on eve again so I can pick up my car. Overall I would say the communication 7/10
