I was getting emails 1-2 times a week that said the repair was on schedule. It was an automated email. The repair was delayed because of staffing which I understand but I was not notified until I called to see if it would be ready on the specified date and was told they hadn’t started. Totally understand the staffing issues but would have liked have been notified. Otherwise it looks great and the staff is helpful and friendly. Second finish date was as promised

My car was left with the towing hook in the front, it was muddy and messy inside, and the communication about what was going on (timeline) was poor, especially at the end when it was ready for pick up

It looks fine but something is not right with the door. I hear air rushing on the driver's side door and it feels very cold like air is coming in. The left side of my body feels very cold from my foot to my hands. I know from past experience that it will get very uncomfortable in the wintertime. I am condfident in your skills and very much looking forward to the perfect solution that you will come up with to completely remedy this situation. Thank you

Everything looks fine but the cold air coming in the reached door is unacceptable. Very uncomfortable and concerned about water coming in or starting rust on bottom of door frame
