The car was lost to the flood so no repairs were finished as the car was a total loss. One call is all I received regarding the damage from the shop manager (who was great), but nothing beyond that. Luckily my insurance adjusters were helpful and helped me every step of the way including buying a new car.

My appointment was pushed out because of a problem @ the shop, within 27 days and problems unexpected my truck was done, in my evaluation It is a very good job. Cody's collision, with their kind staff made my experience excellent, thank you all, and the people that did all the work, thank you, thank you!

They had a problem @the shop changed the date this messed up my appointment for my summer tires, at the same time KW tires closed their doors, Cody changed my tires for me, lack of communication between Cody and collision, I was allowed a car to use, everything worked out

They started he work when they told me they would. Their estimate for the time it would take to do repair was right on schedule. Kristian at Cody kept me up to date on progress in a timely manner. Their is a slight issue with the power door lock and window on the door they removed ,which he said he would take care of it whenever it was convenient for me. I would recommend Cody Chev, as it was recommended to me by a former customer.
