The work on the front was done very well and we are quite satisfied with it. But the repair in the back was not done. My wife was told that you didn't have the part, and that we would have to bring the car back another time. I had expected all repairs would have been done at one time.

The insurance claim repairs were quick and clean. The rust repairs were good on the outside look great, but there is still untouched rust on the inner lip of the hatch.
