The staff, from front desk to back office, were incredibly nice. But that was not enough to overcome my disappointment from waiting 4 weeks to get my car back. Based on past experience, with a different shop, it should have taken approx 10 days to 15 days to complete the work. My guess is that they split their body shop employees with the service shop next door. Whatever the reason, I wouldn’t consider using them again, unfortunately. I couldn’t take the risk of being without my car again for a month.
