Deanna was absolutely AMAZING! I was a complete mess when I had to have my Palisade towed to Coggins Body Shop. She was very calming, she answered ALL my questions and gave me info on things I didn't even know about. When I was filling in the paperwork she asked which Insurance I had and I told her "Travelers". She told me Abbie would take care of everything, and not to worry. Abbie was also AMAZING! She handled everything, just like Deanna said. Everyone at Coggin's was very friendly, helpful and comforting. Thank You So Much!!

They did well, but I did have to take it in to have safety features turned on. It took longer than I expected, but I know some of the delay was caused by the insurance company.
