You left hundreds of pieces of glass under the seats under the mats all through the seat sliders . There is probably 400 pieces of glass in my car

Service was very good on take. And the repair of the car looks like it was a good job. Satisfied with all this. However, I was disappointed how dirty and scuffed the inside of the car was. I know there was a lot of work done but I would have expected Honda would make it a point to clean the inside black interiors. And I would have thought they would take the extra step to clean the outside of the car since it was sitting outside for days and had a lot of dust, pollen all over. -Also taped to the inside front glass was some 8x11 paper that I had to scrape off and still need to clean the glue. Just extra steps I had expected from this dealership and Honda in general.

The service was very good from my first phone call when I got Deanna on the phone and she was very efficient and then when I came down to the facility and Abby did the estimate on my vehicle. She really seemed to know what she was doing. My rental car came along with no hassles and they had me in and out of there very quickly. I did get email messages every day or so to let me know the status of my vehicle and it was ready when they said it would be ready. So I was very happy with the service from start to finish

I only had one very small tiny problem. I had a 4-in scratch that was in the front of the truck and was not related to the damage to the truck and I had asked Abby if she could put a little touch-up paint on that 4-in scratch and charge me extra for it because it was not included in the work and she said that she would but after I got the truck home I realized she hadn't done it. It's not a big deal but it would have been nice if it could have been done that would have been that little cherry on the top. But other than that everything was super. Abby and Deanna were both very kind to me and efficient and the paperwork went very well so no problems
