Tracy was outstanding! She connected with me sooner than expected and always followed up in a timely and professional manner. I loved her tone and assurance that everything would be taken care of. She was very personable and shared that she had a similar incident with damage to her vehicle. I felt as though I was talking to a friend rather than an insurance rep. I hope not to use my policy again, but if so, I would love to have Tracy as my rep. She was awesome! Thank you.

The car was returned with debris and dust all on the dashboard, my front seatbelts are broken and won’t retract now and my glove box was also broken.

I’ve had the car back a couple of days and everything appears to be done very well. I did find that I have a battery leak and needed to get my car jumped to leave Coggin. I’m Concerned the battery was damaged in the accident but will know for sure after I take it to Toyota. Arnie was very nice to work with and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. My payment of $1000 wasn’t accurately posted to my account and I had to wait 20 minutes for the secretary to come back from a meeting to search through paper files for the payment. She said that a computer system nationally was down and it was causing problems everywhere. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend them to others.
