Mary Jane was very easy and pleasant to work with, I always got off the feeling that she was going to try to help me out and that she was there for me! (This is very unlike experiences with insurance agents and Adjusters) some of the customer service operators or not very knowledgeable but Mary Jane straightened everything out for me! And did so in a timely manner!

The repair shop didn’t vacuum the glass from the interior of the vehicle. The vehicle still has sounds of glass moving within the dashboard while driving.
