E-mail communications from carwise.com about repair progress were misleading showing pick up ready when repairs were not even started.

Communications were misleading E-mail updates from carwise.com were showing half-done and ready for pick up date and time when repairs not even started. Phone call to facility to confirm pick up date was promised to be returned same day. It did not happen till 2 days later.

Dropped off rental car on the July 8. I was told to leave the keys in the car and picked up my truck. I was assured by your staff enterprise would be contacted..I was called today.. enterprise wanted to know where their car was?? what is going on???

The work done to fix the dent on my '18 F150 is great, you cannot tell there was a dent in the door. The whole process was exceptional. The truck was returned cleaned inside and out which was a bonus. Definitely would recommend Deland Ford body shop.

Communication was terrible. I received emails but they never followed up to my phone calls. Tony was not there when I first bought my car for inspection. I did not want to leave it and wait a week for parts. I never got a returned call when I called to see if parts were in the following week. I let it slide 2 days and called back. Then got an email a day later. The day my car was supposed to be ready I called at 1:00 to find out about delivery. Tim told me Tony would call me back. He never did and I got an email from Coggin at 5:05 pm when Tim told me you closed earlier that day at 5:00. Come on folks!!! I went all weekend without my car. Unacceptable. The work looks fantastic. But customer service has to improve. By the way I work for an Allstate office and will be hard pressed to recommend Coggin Collision Center.
