Communication could have been much better. The bill was not discussed. Repairs were not discussed until I stopped at the shop to get information. At the end. I was not walked out to car and shown what was done or shown that everything was in working condition. The repairs were not discussed at this time either. I felt like give me your $500 and be on your way. The total customer service is lacking. I later found the hatch of the Escape would not stay closed. This could have been corrected at the walk thru. This was another BIG miss of the total experience.
