The shop manager is not really customer oriented. I had to return three times for the repair. First they had the wrong part . Then the work was done by a young employee who was not supervised. One of the bumper braces was left off and they wanted me to pay for the part and come back again ( also pay for the repair time ). I did not think this was fair and should have been included in their estimate for the bumper assembly. The part cost about $43.00 Otherwise ( and I hate to say this) I rather doubt they actually spent the hours charged to SafeCo based on the time I waited there to have the repair done which was not more than an hour the second time I returned. They said they removed the bumper and then put it back after they determined they had the wrong part. Not sure they actually did this, but if so a good shop would have known not to remove the bumper until they had the right part. The new bumper is not a Toyota brand part, although it does fit the truck.

Service was great, but it took months to get in and to get an appointment for an estimate. Once we finally got in, Marty was great and the work on the car was wonderful.
