I was told the vehicle would be ready, and then had to call for 3 days to check - it would have been nice if they had called me to update instead- but in the end they made up for it by delivering the vehicle to me.

Very nice service rep, timely repair. Just not impressed with some of the quality of work. I mentioned the color match and was told it was the metallic looking different on plastic vs metal (didn’t look like that before as I recall.... maybe I’m wrong.). The fit looks GREAT

Side Mirror glass does not seem to match, inside driver door handle gouched/scratched and paint color/clear coat is not a perfect match on front bumper and rear bumper. Hopefully BMW Finance doesn’t care at lease turn in.... in hind sight we should have taken it to the dealers body shop. However, the fit of parts look really GREAT
